Job Description
Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a UX/UI Designer (Design System Operations) to evolve a multi-brand design system across products.
You will govern components, tokens, and guidelines while driving adoption through workshops and transparent documentation.
The role requires advanced proficiency in Figma and Storybook, plus hands-on AI tooling experience (Claude).
A strong grasp of WCAG, front-end basics, and governance will be essential in scaling our design systems across teams.
