Axiom Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Officer to join our Gympie-based IT team in Queensland, Australia.
The role provides on-site and on-call end-user support across the desktop environment to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Level 2/3 desktop support, robust Windows administration, AD/Group Policy, PowerShell, and cloud/app support experience.
You will coordinate with multiple technical groups and document all work in the ticketing
