Job Description
Belgravia Health and Leisure, operating Genesis Fitness clubs, is seeking a proactive Member Services Officer to drive sales, welcome members and manage enquiries. This role focuses on prospecting, touring, closing deals and generating referrals to grow the club's membership base.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, promote services, handle cash with POS systems and contribute to team targets under the guidance of the Club Manager.
