Loan Processing Officer n

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys analytical work and problem-solving while ensuring customers receive excellent service and support with every call.

n

You will be based at our modern office in Southport and there is no night time or weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Communicate with clients via phone, email and sms in relation to their loan application
n
Analyse bank statements and supporting documents
n
Query clients in relation to their application, needs and objectives
n
Maintain a professional, calm and customer-focused approach always
n

You’re proactive, professional, and understand the importance of fairness and clear communication in financial services.

To be successful, you’ll:

Have a strong phone manner — confident, friendly, professional and appropriately assertive

Be good with numbers (above average analytical and mathematical skills)

Be able to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast paced setting

Stay calm under pressure and comfortable handling difficult customer conversations

Have strong attention to detail

Be a team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
