360 Personnel is seeking a qualified and experienced Boilermaker to join a busy manufacturing workshop in the western Brisbane area.
This is a long-term role offering consistent Monday–Friday hours, excellent pay rates, and a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
Fabrication, welding, and assembly of metal components
MIG and TIG welding and general fabrication work
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
Operating workshop machinery and hand and power tools
Assisting with general workshop tasks as required

Supportive and well-established workshop
About you
Fully qualified Boilermaker (Australian-recognised trade)
Robust MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Mechanically minded and confident using workshop tools
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Stable Monday–Friday hours
