About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in the swimming pool industry to support strategic growth and strengthen our market position.
n
This role suits someone with strong industry relationships, a solid understanding of the pool market's technical and commercial aspects, and the ability to confidently identify, negotiate, and close high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Execute business strategies to grow revenue and market share
n
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
n
Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with current and new customers.
n
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
n
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
n
Collaborate closely with BDM, CEO, marketing, and operations teams.
n
Provide accurate forecasting,



reporting, and pipeline management to CEO.

Requirements
n
n
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the swimming pool industry to be considered for the role
n
Solid understanding of the pool industry, products, systems, and market dynamics
n
Established network within the pool industry preferred
n
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
n
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused
n
Willingness to travel as required
n
CRM and Microsoft Office experience essential
n
