Stores / Forklift Operator - North Rocks

$35-$40 per hour | Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:00pm | Ongoing Casual

The Personnel Connection has been supplying permanent and temporary staff to businesses across Sydney since 2000.

We are currently seeking an experienced Stores / Forklift Operator to join our client's busy operation in North Rocks.

Our client is a well-established Australian company and one of the largest importers, distributors and machinists of plastic stock shapes and conveyor components across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an ongoing, full time casual position, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

About the Role

Your duties will include:
Operating a counterbalance forklift
Loading, unloading and moving stock
Picking and packing orders
General stores and warehouse duties
Assisting within the production area as required
Learning other areas of the operation,



including machine operation
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work area

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need:
A current forklift licence
Experience operating a counterbalance forklift
Previous stores, warehouse or production experience
Picking and packing experience
Experience working in a busy, fast-paced workplace
Positive attention to detail
The ability to follow instructions and work independently
A reliable and positive approach to work
A willingness to learn other areas of the production process

Previous machine operating experience would be highly regarded.

What's on Offer
$35-$40 per hour
