About the role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across different areas of print production, finishing, signage and general factory operations. No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who can learn quickly, work accurately and help wherever needed. This is an in office position at our Alexandria factory, working with our sales, design and production teams to get jobs completed accurately and on time.

Our business covers everything from business stationery and marketing material through to posters, signage, display products and custom print work, so the role offers plenty of variety.

Key responsibilities
Assisting with digital print production
Assisting with Wide-format printing and signage production
Loading and operating printers and finishing equipment
Cutting, trimming, guillotining and general print finishing
Laminating and mounting
Preparing signage, posters,



boards and display products
Vinyl application and basic signage finishing
Packing completed jobs and preparing orders for dispatch or collection
Checking jobs for quality and accuracy
Reading job tickets and following production instructions

About you
Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Good attention to detail
Practical and comfortable working with machinery and materials
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Happy to work across different areas rather than doing the same task all day
Can follow instructions and work independently when required
Works well as part of a team
Physically capable of handling print materials, boxes and signage products
Positive communication skills
Willing to learn current equipment and production processes
