Print Production Manager

We’re working with a well-established print business looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead their day-to-day production operations and keep jobs moving efficiently through the floor.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the realities of a busy print setting — juggling deadlines, managing workflow, supporting the production team and making sure quality stays high.

The Role:
Manage daily production schedules, workflow and job priorities
Lead and support production staff across the floor
Coordinate jobs from production through to finishing and dispatch
Monitor deadlines, quality and production efficiencies
Troubleshoot production issues and minimise downtime




Work closely with management and other departments to ensure jobs are delivered on time
Maintain a safe, organised and productive working workplace

About You:
Previous experience within print, signage or a similar production environment
Strong understanding of production processes and workflow
Confident managing people, priorities and tight deadlines
Practical, organised and comfortable being hands-on when needed
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
