Kanda is recruiting Disability Support Workers to provide 1:1 support for a young man in the community. This role covers daily activities, building independence and helping him engage with his interests and routines, promoting choice and dignity.
The person is non-verbal and may experience sensory overload and behaviours of concern. You'll work closely to build trust, understand his communication and support his independence.
