The Role:
Working within an established leasing team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting open homes
Managing rental applications
Responding to prospective tenant enquiries
Completing ingoing inspections
Coordinating property advertising
Conducting private inspections
Providing a high level of service to prospective tenants and landlords
Supporting the wider property management team as required
About You:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Previous experience within real estate
Leasing or property management experience highly regarded
A current Certificate of Registration
A reliable car and driver's licence
Robust communication and customer service skills
A professional and polished presentation
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
A positive attitude and desire to progress your career
