The Team & Role
Join the Early Intervention in Chronic Disease (EIiCD) Team, a supportive multidisciplinary community health service dedicated to helping people manage chronic health conditions and achieve their wellbeing goals. As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist, you will provide evidence-based, client-centred care to individuals with musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological and diabetic conditions, delivering assessments and interventions through individual consultations, telehealth and group programs while working collaboratively with a team committed to holistic care and self-management.

Skills & Experience Required




Current registration with AHPRA.
Experience working in an outpatient setting.
Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for consumers.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience. Essential Criteria #1
