The Principal Human Resources (HR) Consultant provides leadership and skilled HR guidance to the Recruitment and Talent Solutions team and broader QAS organisation in the planning, development and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives and generalist workforce management services, to support the attraction and recruitment of quality candidates to the QAS.

We are seeking a strategic HR practitioner with demonstrated experience in recruitment, workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning and organisation-wide talent mobility to strengthen organisational capability and support current and future workforce needs.
