Marble is seeking an experienced Leading Hand HD Fitter for a long-term underground mining project in Central NSW. You will spend approximately 80% of time on the tools and 20% on leadership duties, including coordinating maintenance and mentoring a small team.

The role offers an attractive earnings potential (up to $90 per hour + super) with a transparent pathway into a permanent position after 26 weeks, and a 2:2 roster with provided accommodation, meals and site transport.
