Job Description
Downer Rail & Transit Systems seeks a Technical Trainer to develop, deliver and evaluate technical training at the Auburn Maintenance Centre.
You will orient recent staff and ensure they have the knowledge to undertake projects, including overhauls and testing of fleets.
You will analyse training needs, source or create courses, and deliver assessments to maintain high standards.
Experience inmechanical/electricaltrades and rolling stock is valued, with a teaching qualification (TAE *****) or
