Job Description
Body Fit Training's BFT Mascot is seeking a Head Coach.
You'll own coaching experience, lead the floor, develop our coaching team, and adapt HQ programming for our studio.
You'll drive trial-to-member rollovers, boost retention, and ensure high-quality sessions that keep members engaged and progressing.
This leadership role rewards performance and community impact as much as earnings.
