Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Team Member Engineering Services Works to join its Roads Construction team. This role will primarily support road maintenance and construction activities, including tar truck operations, plant operation, and general civil works.

About the Role
n
Commencing in late October and reporting to the Roads and Projects Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of road maintenance and construction programs while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Key duties include:
n
n
Operating heavy vehicles and road construction plant
n
Assisting with road maintenance and construction projects
n
Conducting drainage, signage and infrastructure maintenance works
n
Completing pre-start checks and basic plant maintenance
n
Following WHS requirements and safe work practices
n
Using electronic systems to record work activities and defects
n




Working collaboratively within a high-performing operational team
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you will possess:
n
n
HR Truck Licence (essential)
n
Front End Loader competency
n
Demonstrated experience in roads maintenance and road construction
n
Experience operating trucks, plant and heavy equipment
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
Ability to work outdoors and undertake physically demanding tasks
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Current Police Check or ability to obtain one
n
