Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow medically referred patients
n
Build
andmaintainstrongreferring
partnerrelationships
n
Convert prospective partners into active referrers to
KieserSydneyclinics
n
Represent and promote the Kieser brand through meetings, events,
educationsessionsand
networking
n
Spenda large portionof timein the field engaging with partners and stakeholders
n
Facilitate referrals and collaborate closely with
referrers,cliniciansandinternalteams
n
Identifyand implement innovative partnership opportunities such
assatelliteclinics,hubsand
caseconferencing
n
Educate stakeholders on relevant funding pathways, for example,Health Funded Programs, ANC,



HCP and Life
n
Manage and resolve partnership challenges
whilemaintainingstrong,
trusted relationships
n
Contribute to clinic and regional performance through collaboration with medical andregional leaders
n

Must-haves
n

Valid working rights in Australia
n
Valid driving license
n
Demonstrated work experience in comparable role (e.g. Healthcare Sales, Healthcare BD, Referral Relationship Manager)
n
Proven ability to build and grow referral-based relationships with medical
professionalsExceptional
communication skills (verbal and written)
n
Highly
motivated,proactiveand
results-driven mindset
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n

Bachelor Degree - Physiotherapy, Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology
