Shape the performance of a growing commercial property portfolio

SOGIF is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. With 17 properties and 21 leases across Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania, valued at approximately $130 million, this is an opportunity to play a key role in protecting, improving and growing the value of our commercial property portfolio.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting to the Commercial Property Manager, you'll combine strategic asset management with hands‐on building oversight, taking responsibility for:
n
Asset lifecycle planning, condition assessments and capital forecasting
n
Building operations, maintenance and essential services
n
Major works, contractors and service providers
n
Compliance, safety and risk management
n
Budgets, financial analysis and portfolio reporting
n




Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, efficiency and value
n
About You
n
You're a commercially minded, proactive property professional who understands both the bigger picture and the practical realities of managing buildings.
n
You'll ideally have experience in commercial property, asset, facilities or building management, with strong knowledge of building systems, lifecycle planning, capital works and compliance. You'll also bring strong financial, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, together with a hands‐on, problem‐solving approach.
n
A property, engineering, trade or business qualification is highly regarded.
