Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Leading Hand to lead the on-site team at our Tamarama residential project. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, and ensuring seamless delivery of this build.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise trade teams on-site, ensuring productivity and quality standards
n
Coordinate scheduling and sequencing across multiple trades
n
Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain compliance with WHS requirements
n
Quality inspect work against specifications and contract requirements
n
Liaise with PPC management on progress, variations, and site issues
n
Manage day labour and subcontractor coordination
n
Maintain site records, timesheet approval,



and documentation
n
Report on progress and flag risks or delays promptly
n
n
About you
n
n
Minimum 5+ years construction experience in high-end residential building
n
Proven leadership experience on complex residential projects
n
Solid knowledge of luxury residential construction practices
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Current White Card (or equivalent), drivers licence
n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
n
Proactive approach to quality and safety
