Skillset is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our client's team in Dubbo. Work within a well-established business with a solid reputation for quality workmanship across the Central West.

About You
You're a trade-qualified Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys variety in your day. You're reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working across a range of fabrication and welding projects.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Trade qualifications in Fabrication, Boilermaking or Welding
Experience with MIG, TIG and Stick welding processes
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
A current Driver Licence
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities




Perform welding and fabrication work across a range of projects
Fabricate and assemble components from technical drawings
Work with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Carry out repairs, modifications and general workshop duties
Operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment
Maintain a safe and organised work environment
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Permanent full-time position with long-term stability
Monthly RDOs and regular overtime opportunities
Candidates must have Australian work rights.
