Wilson Family Funerals is a family-owned and operated funeral business based at Warriewood on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and reliable Funeral Arranger to join our small, close-knit team in a full-time role. Part Time for the right applicant.

This position suits someone who is calm, empathetic, and able to support families with professionalism and care during times of grief.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Meeting with families to arrange funeral services with sensitivity and respect
n
Coordinating funeral details, documentation, and schedules
n
Preparing Order of Service booklets and picture presentations
n
Playing picture presentations at services and venues
n
Providing administrative and operational support to the team
n
Attending funerals
n
Genuine empathy and compassion when working with grieving families
n




Robust organisation and attention to detail
n
Reliable, professional, and well presented
n
Ability to work effectively within a small, supportive team
n
Transparent communication skills and a calm, respectful manner
n

Technical & Practical Requirements nn
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
n
Experience using Canva
n
Understanding of picture presentations (preparing and playing)
n
Current Driver’s Licence
n
Justice of the Peace (JP) or willingness to become one
n
