About the role

FULL TIME or PART TIME

We're looking for a skilled Food Manufacturing Production Operator / Leading Hand with experience in a food manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our delicious products are made with care, consistency, and quality.

Key responsibilities
Operate a powder packing or beverage filling production line
Oversee manufacturing equipment on a production line
Follow and maintain food safety and quality standards
Collaborate with our team to innovate and improve processes
Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Operate processing and/or packaging equipment in line with safety and quality protocols
Perform packing duties as per production requirements
Locate the root cause of a problem and generate data/ideas and solutions for action
Obtain, process, and share relevant information with teams as appropriate

About you
Experience in a food manufacturing environment
Willingness to perform manual tasks
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality




Solid organizational and time management skills
A team-oriented mindset, sense of urgency, positive, can-do attitude
Forklift licence
Driver's licence
Experience operating liquid-filling and/or powder-filling equipment
Experience working in FMCG will be highly regarded
High safety, quality, and GMP awareness
Strong mechanical aptitude
Willingness to undertake physical work (able to lift up to 25 kg bags if required)
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Ability to contribute as a member of the team and autonomously
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and work additional hours
