To be successful you will have the following:
A degree in Construction Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
Experience in EBA site environments
Sound knowledge and practical experience with industrial relations (IR)
Demonstrated success in high-rise construction projects
Proven ability to deliver large-scale,



multi-million-dollar developments
Strong leadership skills in site and structural supervision within commercial construction
Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
