Job Description

Retail Apparel Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales and maximise profitability across our retail stores. You will support the Store Manager, motivate and coach the team, manage rosters and stock, and uphold customer service standards and company values.

You will monitor store performance, optimise wage costs, participate in recruitment and training, and ensure merchandising standards meet VM guidance.
