We are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager to join this high-performing Property team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a respected Senior Manager and deliver an exceptional standard of service within a highly refined
portfolio.

$120k base + Super

The Role:
Manage and execute property and leasing strategies to enhance asset performance
Oversee budgets, forecasts, valuations, and capital works planning
Lead contract negotiations and manage service providers (e.g leasing agents, PMs)
Support acquisitions, disposals,



and due diligence (cash flow modelling etc)
Ensure ESG and NABERS compliance, driving sustainability upgrades
Foster tenant relationships and identify value-add initiatives
Collaborate with global teams across fund, asset, and investment functions

The Candidate:
University degree in Property or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience within the real estate sector
Strong financial and analytical capabilities
Knowledge of the Australian real estate market
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
