Job Description

NOMAD Melbourne, part of Edition Hospitality Pty Ltd, is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead our wine program in a high-end dining workplace. You will curate the wine list, train and mentor staff, and drive purchasing decisions with a high degree of autonomy.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences, solid knowledge of Australian wines, and experience with stocktaking, invoicing, and POS systems. Robust organisational skills are essential.
