Job Description

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. seeks an experienced Health, Safety and Workplace (HSE) leader to steer the HSE function across the mine. You will develop and implement strategies, systems and programs to manage risks and strengthen safety culture.

You will lead ISO 14001/45001 aligned management systems, oversee environmental programs and ensure regulatory compliance, while mentoring teams and reporting to senior management.
