n Pay: $104,113 to $115,131 + 15.4% super

n Work arrangement: Hybrid, with specific arrangements agreed with your supervisor on a case-by-case basis
n Clearance: Must hold a current Baseline clearance or above

About the Role
n
This is an APS6 non-ongoing role with our Federal Government client. You will support work health and safety, injury management, rehabilitation and employee wellbeing across the organisation.
n
You will manage sensitive workplace cases, provide practical WHS advice and support sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You will also contribute to risk management, incident investigations, workplace assessments, reporting and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage WHS, injury management and rehabilitation cases
n
Support timely, effective and sustainable return-to-work outcomes
n
Provide specialist WHS and wellbeing advice to employees and managers
n
Undertake WHS risk management, incident investigations and workplace assessments
n
Support WHS governance, reporting, case records and policy implementation
n
Work with employees, managers,



health practitioners and rehabilitation providers
n
Contribute to WHS and wellbeing programs and continuous improvement
n

What You Bring (Essential Criteria)
n
n
You've managed WHS, injury management, rehabilitation or return-to-work cases
n
You can give practical, risk-based WHS and wellbeing advice to employees and managers
n
You've handled sensitive and complex cases with confidentiality and professionalism
n
You've undertaken WHS risk management, incident investigations or workplace assessments
n
You build productive relationships with employees, managers and external providers
n
You can manage competing priorities, case records, reporting and deadlines
n
You hold Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety (BSB*****)
n
You can satisfy Australian Federal Police Check requirements
n
You're an Australian citizen
n
You must hold a current Baseline clearance or above
n

Nice to Have (Desirable Criteria)
n

Knowledge of the Comcare scheme and rehabilitation case management principles
n
Experience in injury management, return-to-work coordination or workplace wellbeing programs
