Our client is a leading national paper manufacturing company and is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join their team. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking for reliable, long-term employment with ongoing training and career progression opportunities. Working within a busy industrial setting, you'll be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring work areas remain safe and efficient.

About the Role Key duties will include:
Sweeping corridors, walkways and operational areas
Using blowers to maintain clean and safe workspaces
Hosing down work areas as required
Cleaning around conveyors and production equipment
General housekeeping and yard maintenance
Forklift operation and material handling (where licensed)
Assisting with site operational and maintenance activities
Following strict workplace health and safety procedures
Supporting the operations team with general labouring duties as required

What we're Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliability and commitment to long-term employment
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing,



labouring, yard hand or industrial environments
Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors when required
Strong focus on safety and following procedures
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Current driver's licence preferred
Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
