As a Practice Nurse, you'll support our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern and supportive workplace.

About the role

Key responsibilities include
Immunisations and vaccine management
Wound care and dressings
Health assessments and care planning
Chronic disease management support
Patient recalls and follow-up activities
Infection control and accreditation activities
Clinical administration and documentation

About you
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous nursing experience in General Practice, Primary Care or Community Health




Solid clinical and communication skills
A collaborative and patient-focused approach
Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management (desirable)
