About the role

This is a key position where you will work closely with our General Practitioners and clinical team, supporting the ongoing growth of the practice. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager and Nurse Team Leader, you will help oversee the daily operations of the treatment room and clinical services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both patients and doctors.

Key responsibilities
Patient triage
Immunisations and injections
Chronic disease management and care plans
Health assessments
Wound care
Iron infusions (IV/Cannulation essential)
ECGs, spirometry, and ear syringing
Assisting GPs with minor procedures
Patient education and support
Maintain practice equipment and stock

About you
Minimum 5 years' RN experience
Current AHPRA registration
Current CPR certificate
Chronic disease management experience
Health assessments experience




Treatment room procedures experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational and time management abilities
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
