Job Description
Wolf & Williams is seeking experienced funds lawyers to join in-house legal teams in Sydney for an initial 3+ month term with a strong likelihood of extension.
You will advise across investment funds, financial services regulation, capital raisings, commercial agreements and corporate transactions, working closely with investment professionals and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, sophisticated setting.
