Charmlaw Foods is looking for a vibrant, self-motivated person to join our sales team.

Servicing the Sunshine Coast - Wide Bay region, the successful candidate will have a robust understanding of building and maintaining relationships, driving the distribution and performance across our brand portfolio and love working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities n

Deliver monthly sales targets (volume and value) for the assigned territory
n
Drive primary sales across our brand portfolio
n
Identify growth opportunities in existing and untapped outlets
n
Build relationships with key retailers with a focus on a consistent call cycle
n

A leader with exceptional communication skills

Robust relationship management skills and customer focus

Excellent planning and organisational skill and can drive success through autonomy

Experience in FMCG, grocery, retail or a similar workplace

Proven experience leading, coaching or motivating others to drive performance
