About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our team at The Pool Guy CQ' based in Yeppoon, Queensland. As a full-time Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of residential swimming pools in the local area.

Key responsibilities
Performing regular pool maintenance tasks such as water testing, chemical balancing and pool cleaning
Identifying and troubleshooting pool equipment issues, and carrying out necessary repairs
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their pools are well-maintained and in optimal condition
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all pool services and repairs
Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
Assisting with the installation of current pool equipment and systems as required

About you
Minimum 1 year experience as a Pool Technician or similar role in the swimming pool industry
Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance procedures




Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pool-related issues and carry out necessary repairs
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
