Job Description

TheirCare is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive service excellence across Cranbourne, Clyde, Pakenham, Tooradin and nearby centres. You will manage a cluster of 10 services, supporting regional teams, ensuring program delivery meets safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will coach service leaders, oversee rostering and budgets, and travel across multiple centres to enable improvement and stronger outcomes for children and families.
