UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Part time Case Worker to join the Clare Homes Supported Accommodation Program in Auchenflower, Brisbane. You will provide trauma-informed, strengths-based housing case management for families experiencing homelessness, delivering outreach and mobile support during short-term accommodation.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in social work or related field, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
