Lead, coach and develop branch leaders and their teams
Foster a positive, high-performing culture
Support branches to achieve customer, people and business outcomes
Build strong relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders
Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance, risk and operational standards are maintained

What You'll Bring





We're looking for a robust people leader who can inspire teams and build meaningful relationships.

Banking experience is highly regarded but not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable leadership skills and a passion for regional communities. You may have leadership experience in:
Banking or financial services
Retail or customer service
Commercial operations
Another people-focused industry

You also bring:
Experience leading, coaching and developing teams
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, people and business outcomes
The ability to analyse information and make sound decisions
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience working across multiple locations or teams is desirable
