Security Officer and Control Room Operator

Securecorp currently has an outstanding chance for a Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at a retail site based in Helensvale.

This is a full-time permanent position working a 4 days on / 4 days off roster, consisting of 12-hour shifts across days and nights. The role is paid at Level 4 under the Security Services Industry Award, plus First Aid allowance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a high level of security and customer service
Guard, patrol, monitor and control assigned premises
Respond to emergencies, alarms and calls for assistance
Assess and manage situations of risk
Conduct access control duties




Perform CCTV control room operations
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate data logs

Skills & Experience
Current Security Licence
Control Room Licence and Crowd Control endorsement
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Flexibility to work rotating rosters including nights and weekends
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Skilled attitude with a positive and proactive approach
