Payroll Administrator | Project Based | Western Sydney We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join a growing project-based business based in Western Sydney. This is a great prospect for someone with strong administration and data entry skills who enjoys working with numbers and systems. You’ll be responsible for ensuring employee timesheet information is accurately captured and entered into the payroll system, working closely with data collected from project sites.

The Role:
Collect and collate employee timesheet information from project sites
Review timesheet data to ensure information is complete and accurate
Extract timesheet data from the company’s workforce management app
Enter and transfer timesheet information into the internal system
Identify and follow up on any discrepancies or missing information
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll data
Provide general administrative support to the payroll function
Work closely with site teams to ensure timesheet information is submitted correctly and on time

About You: We’re looking for someone who is highly organised,



detail-focused and confident working with data .

You will ideally have
Previous experience in payroll administration, timesheet administration, data entry or a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence working with systems and handling large volumes of data
The ability to identify discrepancies and follow up where required
Robust communication and organisational skills
Experience within construction, electrical, engineering or another project-based environment would be beneficial.

This is a hands-on data entry-focused role , rather than a position responsible for processing payroll from start to finish. Your key responsibility will be ensuring accurate timesheet data is captured and entered into the relevant systems.
