Serdar Constructions is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a formwork, reinforcement and concrete crew on an underway structures project in Deniliquin. You will manage day-to-day site control and report to the Director.
The role requires running the formwork, reo, and concrete team, coordinating labour, pour planning and productivity, and ensuring safety standards on site. You will communicate with the client and head contractor to deliver the works.
