What you will do

As a New Patient Coordinator, you’ll guide prospective patients from their first enquiry through to treatment start. You’ll ensure their experience is seamless and informative every step of the way.
Respond to new patient enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Book and coordinate initial consultations
Create and update patient records in the Patient Management System
Build quick rapport with patients so they feel reassured and confident
Follow up missed or cancelled appointments and treatment queries




Liaise with the wider team to ensure a smooth patient flow

What you will bring
Exceptional phone skills and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service
Skilled and confident communication skills
Organised, proactive, and with a can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Understanding of Orthodontic treatments would be a bonus!
