About the Role

Our most key asset is our people and with this in mind we are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef 5 days per week on a permanent basis. We expect this person to operate autonomously supporting and leading the team at our contemporary bakery in Abbotsford.

Reporting to Management,



you will be someone capable of taking on new baking challenges and experiences, and have the ability to produce consistent high-quality cakes, biscuits, muffins and laminated pastry products.

We are seeking a Pastry Cook with knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Handmade cakes, biscuits, slices and muffins
Experience and knowledge of laminated pastry products (Viennoiserie - croissant, Danish, escargot, etc.)
Able to work in a team workplace
Excellent time management
Sound written and verbal communication skills

Our Pastry team work primarily Monday to Friday day shift 6am - 2pm, hours amended based on production requirements.
