About Mokoko:

Mokoko's roots originate from the United Kingdom and we are now delighted to be coming to WA this September.

Current to Nedlands, Mokoko will be a neighbourhood bakery built on simple ingredients and authentic methods of production. Specialising in Viennoiserie, made from scratch each morning, with nothing unnecessary, no additives, no shortcuts. Just great baking, done properly.

Our locations are beautifully designed, colourful and inviting, creating an environment reflective of our philosophy and character.

The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Pastry Chef with a genuine passion for viennoiserie to join our kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, your sole focus will be crafting exceptional viennoiserie to our uncompromising standards.

Our philosophy is to ensure our products are designed and made without compromise, in essence, doing fewer things better so everything produced is something to admire. A love of pride and excellence is what it's all about.

About You:
Punctual & Reliable: Able to commit to early morning starts (from 5:00 AM)



to help get ready for the morning rush.
Experience: Proven experience with the ability to maintain exceptional quality standards. A passion for viennoiserie is a must!
Composed Under Pressure: Ability to stay calm and focus in a fast-paced environment.
Service Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and brings a positive attitude to the team and our customers every day.
Driven to Grow: Eager to deliver great products while taking advantage of opportunities to learn and advance your hospitality career.
