Job Description
Workfast is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a Waste Management & Recycling Facility in New Chum, QLD.
You will lead a small maintenance team, carrying out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and shutdown work to keep the plant operating safely and efficiently.
This hands-on leadership role requires a Mechanical Fitter with robust fixed-plant experience, with duties including mentoring apprentices and coordinating daily workloads with operations.
