Job Description
WesTrac in Australia is seeking a People & Culture Analyst to turn data into insights, support HR analytics, digital solutions and continuous improvement, and help shape the employee experience on a fixed-term 2-year contract.
Both full-time and part time arrangements would be considered.
You'll collaborate across the business, using data, technology and problem solving to improve processes and outcomes while developing capability to progress into broader People & Culture roles.
