About the role




This isn't a leadership role spent out the back.
You'll be on the floor, setting the pace for the team, building client relationships and delivering the level of service M.J. Bale is known for.
Your day will include:
Supporting the Store Business Manager with daily leadership and operations
Leading the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
Coaching team members and building their confidence on the floor
Developing relationships with new and returning customers
Providing expert advice on fit, styling and product
Supporting rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
Maintaining high standards across service and store presentation
Taking responsibility for the store when the Store Business Manager is away
About you
You'll bring:
Experience as an Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail team member
A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
The ability to coach, motivate and support a team
A genuine interest in menswear, tailoring and personal style
Solid organisation, communication and attention to detail
A proactive approach and willingness to get involved
Flexibility to work across a seven-day retail roster
Experience in premium fashion, menswear or luxury retail will be highly regarded.
