Job Description
Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Sunshine Coast Convention Centre is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our main kitchen and play a key role in our broader culinary operation.
You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure high standards across quality, presentation and service.
You'll work closely with the Executive Chef and the wider Food & Beverage leadership team, supporting events, banquets and major functions while driving menu development and guest experiences.
