We are seeking an experience and motivated housekeeping team lead to join our team at a site located near the Brisbane Airport. This is a full time, fixed term position for 6 months, offering consistent weekday hours and competitive hourly pay.

Housekeeping Team Lead- Monday - Friday 7am-3pm $***** per hour

Position is Full Time - Fixed Term 6 months

Located near Brisbane Airport

Must be an Australian Citizen

The Position:
n
n
Supervise and support housekeeping staff on site
n
Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow
n
Ensure cleaning standards and compliance requirements are met
n
Conduct quality checks and address issues promptly
n
Provide training, guidance and performance support to team members
n
Liaise with management and report on daily operations
n
n
The Person:
n
n
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision/ leadership
n
Strong communication skills and team leadership skills
n
Reliable,



organised, and details oriented
n
Able to work independently and lead by example
n
Comfortable working in a secure, high compliance environment
n
Must be an Australian Citizen (mandatory)
n
Police Clearance and other site clearances are required
n
