What you’ll do
Conduct low‑level aerial surveys in support of biodiversity and land management projects.
Fly feral animal control missions in coordination with ground teams and spotters.
Provide air support for fire management, including detection, mapping, and logistics.
Operate safely from remote airstrips and challenging environments across regional WA.
Plan, brief, and execute missions to CASR and company standards, including Part 138 aerial work procedures.
Maintain accurate flight records and contribute to aircraft care and operational readiness.
Collaborate closely with conservation, land, and fire management stakeholders.

What you’ll bring
Australian CPL(A).
Australian Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Minimum 1000 hours Pilot in Command.
Excellent communication skills and skilled airmanship.
Willingness to be based in Perth (Jandakot)



or Bunbury, with regular periods away in remote locations.
Flexibility to work within a small company and contribute across a variety of roles.

Desirable extras
Low Level Rating with operational experience.
Part 138 aerial work operations experience.
GippsAero GA8 Airvan experience.
Background in fire or land management.
Proven remote location operating experience.
